A Message from the Designer of this Product:
This product is the culmination of a large number of research, trying out different gratitude exercises, my personal gratitude journey, and a need to make gratitude more accessible. To me, the science of gratitude is clear – gratitude is really good for us. It helps me be a better person and show up better in my life. Like most of the people, I didn’t have a regular gratitude practice. I didn’t feel all that grateful day-to-day either. Mostly through personal development books and influential people in my life, I learned about gratitude.

Sooner or later, I found a brand-new gratitude journal left in our basement that was left at the back of by a roommate who’d moved out. I decided to give it a go. Through fits and starts, I eventually came to journal in it every day and every night. It felt pretty good! Over time, gratitude became more accessible to me, and I generally felt less depression, anxiety, and negativity. Gratitude wasn’t the sole cause of living better, but I think it was an important piece. As a product designer, I decided I’d create a product that helps people practice gratitude without a large number of friction. I imagine this gratitude dice and journal combo offers a unique approach to gratitude and I hope you enjoy using it if you choose to purchase it!
